Mario J. Pirrello

Mario J. Pirrello was born and raised in Rochester. He currently lives and works in Irondequoit with his wife, Debbie. He is a graduate of St. Bonaventure University & Syracuse University College of Law.

He is admitted to practice in New York State, The United States District Court (Western District of New York) and the United States Bankruptcy Court (Western District of New York), and has practiced in New York since 1958.

Mr. Pirrello served as Vice Mayor of Rochester, and is a retired Colonel, U.S. Army Reserves.

Michael J. Personte

Michael J. Personte currently lives in Webster with his wife, Carol, and their two daughters. He is a graduate of St. John Fisher College and Gonzaga University School of Law.

He is admitted to practice in the Courts of New York State, the United States District Court (Western District of New York), and the United States Bankruptcy Court (Western District of New York), and has been practicing in New York State since 1981. He concentrates his practice in family law, bankruptcies, matrimonial law, labor/worker’s comp law and real estate.

Steven E. Feder

Steven E. Feder currently lives in Penfield with his wife, Cheryl, and their three daughters. He is a graduate of The State University of New York at Fredonia and Syracuse University College of Law.

He is admitted to practice in the Courts of New York State, the United States District Court (Western, Eastern, Northern and Southern Districts of New York), and the United States Bankruptcy Court (Western District of New York), and has handled litigation matters throughout New York State since 1987.

He concentrates his practice in creditor/debtor, commercial/business and civil litigation law (mainly commercial/business and personal injury matters). He accepts a limited number of family and matrimonial cases, as well. Mr. Feder is a former paralegal instructor, has served on the Creditor’s Rights Executive Council of the Commercial Law League of America, and has taught many seminars to lawyers and other professionals regarding commercial and personal debtor/creditor law and litigation.
